Varun Mowar joins DMD Advocates as Director & Head – Investigations & Governance Advisory

Varun, a Chartered Accountant and a London Business School graduate, is a forensic accounting and finance professional with in-depth experience in forensic investigations, accounting, auditing and financial systems and controls. His career spans over 20 years of forensic and compliance risk engagements in India, US, and other countries at Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), KPMG (India and US) and Adobe Software System. He has conducted numerous large and complex investigations in India for corporate clients as well as some of the largest institutional investors and law firms.
