She has advised and represented a diverse portfolio of clients, including Indian conglomerates, multinational corporations, private equity funds, financial institutions, and high-growth startups. Her sector experience spans real estate, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, infrastructure, logistics, IT/ITES, consumer goods, hospitality, etc.

Pallavi has deep expertise in structuring and executing complex cross-border transactions and regularly advises on inbound and outbound investments, spin-offs, slump sales, and strategic collaborations. Pallavi is a trusted advisor to both investors and promoters, often working closely with management teams and boards to guide decision-making through the lens of legal risk and opportunity.

Before joining DMD Advocates, Pallavi was a Partner at J. Sagar Associates (JSA) and has previously worked with leading law firms such as AZB & Partners and Trilegal.
