Tarinee Sudan is a Partner and works with the Corporate Group. She has around 10 years of experience. Her key areas of practice include mergers & acquisitions (both listed and unlisted), joint ventures, cross-border investments, capital markets, general corporate, employment and regulatory matters. Prior to DMD Advocates, she worked with S&R Associates. She earned her B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Amity Law School, Delhi, GGSIP University in 2013 and her LL.M. from Columbia Law School, New York in 2016. She is admitted to the bar in India and New York.
