Divya Sharma is a Counsel at the Firm and leads the Firm’s business development and knowledge management verticals. She works closely with the management and partners for strategic growth of the firm and to develop new clients, alliances, and business opportunities. Prior to her current role, she worked on diverse transactions ranging from mergers and acquisitions to strategic advisory in relation to intellectual property laws and data privacy. A uniquely qualified individual with degrees in law and engineering, she started her career with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas in 2013.
