DMD Advocates advised Tata Capital Healthcare Fund II and other financial investors in its USD 20 million investment in Harsoria Healthcare Private Limited. The scope of work encompassed conducting legal due diligence on Harsoria Healthcare Private Limited, as well as drawing up the necessary transaction documentation.

The transaction was led by Vihang Virkar (Lead Partner) along with Monika Deshmukh (Partner), Pooja Shah (Principal Associate), Vanshikha Choraria (Associate), Disha Jain (Associate), and Parizad Irani (Associate).
