DMD Advocates advised Matrix Partners, an investor in Testbook Edu Solutions Private Limited (Testbook) in relation to sale of its partial stake in Testbook to Bunch Microtechnologies Private Limited (Classplus), a B2B edtech company, and issuance of Series E CCPS to Matrix in Classplus.

The transaction was led by Sumit Sinha, Partner along with Ashima Dewan, Counsel and Arnav Mithal, Associate. DMD’s corporate transactional and advisory practice group is headed by Rashi Dhir, a Senior Partner at the Firm.
