DMD Advocates advised Toyo Engineering India in connection with the establishment of a global capability center through its joint venture with Offshore Frontier Solutions, Singapore (a MODEC group company). Toyo Engineering India is a leading engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractor with nearly five decades of experience across diverse sectors such as oil and gas refineries, petrochemicals, fertilizers, cryogenics, chemicals, food processing, specialty projects, floating production and storage (FPSO), synthetic rubber, green energy, and solar. Through this joint venture, Toyo Engineering India is deepening its regional presence and enhancing its capabilities for continued growth.
The DMD team was led by Vihang Virkar (Partner), Monika Deshmukh (Partner) and Disha Jain (Associate).
