DMD Advocates advised WSB Real Estate Debt Fund III represented by its Investment Manager (WSB Real Estate Partners Private Limited) (“WSB”) in connection with the issue of senior, unrated, unlisted, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (“NCDs”) aggregating to INR 115 crores by Lavim Developers Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Paranjape Schemes (Construction) Limited (together “PSCL”).
