Pleased to announce that Pallavi Puri has joined DMD Advocates as a Partner in our Delhi office. She is a corporate lawyer with over 18 years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments, corporate restructuring, investigations and white-collar crimes.
