Shashank Shekhar Joins DMD Advocates as Partner – Indirect Tax Practice

Shashank Shekhar is a seasoned tax lawyer with an impressive track record of over 20 years. He began his career by gaining litigation experience in the Supreme Court and the Delhi High Court working alongside a Senior Advocate for two and a half years. He possesses a wealth of expertise in the realm of indirect taxation, stemming from his tenure with prominent law firms specializing in the field. His diverse clientele spans various sectors, including oil & gas, telecom, power, IT/ITeS, alcobev, broadcasting, consumer durables, FMCG, and more. He holds a law degree from the Campus Law Centre, Delhi University.

Shashank brings onboard his colleague Tushar Joshi, Principal Associate, with a decade of experience in indirect tax litigation and advisory. Prior to joining DMD Advocates, both Shashank and Tushar were working with Trilegal.
