Rashi regularly represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) and other tax and regulatory authorities. Her expertise spans corporate tax/ transfer pricing/ international taxation litigation and transactional advisory.

Prior to joining DMD Advocates, she has worked with Tier-1 law firms such as AZB and Partners, PDS legal and Vaish Associates, where she played a key role in handling high-stakes tax litigation and advisory matters for leading global and domestic clients. She has successfully assisted clients in challenging critical tax assessments, structuring cross-border transactions and resolving transfer pricing disputes.

Rashi is an Advocate-on-Record (AOR) at the Supreme Court of India and holds an LL.B. (Hons.) from USLLS, GGSIPU.
